mean = sum of all/ no. of all
176=256+157+180+272+108+x/6
176=973+x/6
176×6=973+x
1056-973=x=83

given that mark obtained by 5 students equal to 256 157 180 272 108 given that the mean average of the marks of 6 students is 176 so the mark of 6th student dbx we know that averages equal to ( 256 + 157 + 180 + 272 plus 108 + x) / 6
that is 953+X / 6 = 176
X = (176x6)-953
= 103
the ans. is 83, There's a calculation error,the sum ll be 973*
