$mean= \frac{sum\: of\: the\: outcomes}{total\: no.\: of\: outcomes}$

$20 = \frac{sum\: of\: the\: outcomes}{10}$

20×10 = sum of the outcomes

i.e. 200

New sum after multiplying 4 to each no., we get__

200×4 = 800

Then, subtracting 6,we get___

800-(6×10) => 800-60 => 730

$new\: mean= \frac {730}{10}$

= 73
