Answer:

Explanation:

According to Aristotle, "Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence." ... This refers to a situation that develops in a larger context of actions, conditions, and behaviour rather than to a state of happiness per se—the kind of happiness that makes us grin. Being good is living well.

If we look for happiness among our friends, we will find it. If we look for it, the workplace also provides it. In both our isolation and our many involvements, happiness finds us. Happiness follows us wherever we go, until we decide to block it out. Our attitudes are strong, and they will win out in every situation and with every person.

Happiness spreads easily. When freely shared, it spreads swiftly. The worries of the day are immediately eased when it catches up with us.

We all have lessons to learn in this life, and we all have valuable contributions to offer that will lighten someone else's load and spread happiness. Similarly, we might benefit from learning from someone else's enjoyment.
