Answer : P = hν/c , option (B) is correct

As you know, according De - broglie's theory , nature loves symmetry . Means all subatomic particle behaves wave as well as particle . 
That's why energy formula by quantum theory = energy formula by Enstien theory
hc/λ = mc² 
λ = h/mc [ here c is velocity of subatomic particle so, mass × velocity = momentum ⇒ P = mc ] 
λ = h/P ⇒P = h/λ = hν/c  [ ∵ λ = c/ν ]
