The MRP of an article is 5000.A dealer buys it at a discount of 20%.He sells it to a customer in the same city at a discount of 5%.Find (1)the total amount paid by the customer and (2)the net GST paid by the dealer to the government if GST is charged at 12%.
(Please use the GST formulas)
(The answer in my textbook is (1)5320 (2)CGST=45 SGST=45)
Please Give me the solution ASAP​

1=20/100*5000

1=20*50

d=1000 z

discount on arting in first time =1000

5000-1000=4000

now monwy paid by customer=5/100*4000

5*40

=4000-200=3800

so sp will be 5000-5/100×5000( here you have to take 5000 because if he gives discount in Rs 4000 he will be jn loss so in order to gain profit he will give discount in the marked price that is 5000

r/100×sp-r/100×cp

12/100×4750-12/100×4000

so cgst= 90/2
