Yes because after Aurangzeb his successors were incapable to handle the situation that he organized because he started fighting against Sikhs and Rajputs so that he was totally depressed and this led to decline Mughal Empire

Due to the lack of violence over the people of other religions like Hindus and Sikhs.And
they were the people who have even most civil war between themselves and There was no much clarity between them by the kingship .And due to
so many old thoughts of them about education .So They were declined
