Vishwa Mohan Bhatt is a Hindustani classical music instrumentalist who plays the Mohan Veena or slide guitar. He is the winner of a Grammy award. His album A Meeting by the River is very well known. He is also known for other pan-cultural collaborations with Western artists like Beta Fleck and Jerry Douglas. He performed at the Crossroads Guitar Festival in 2004 which enabled him to exhibit his talent to a larger audience.
