Telangana is the 29th state of India which is newly formed.

It is in Southern India with the capital of Hyderabad. It was divided from the state of Andhra Pradesh and formed as a new state on June 2nd 2014.

The Charminar and Golkonda Fort are famous in this state. The Charminar is a 16th century mosque with four arches supporting 4 minarets.
