1 micro century = 10⁻⁶ × 100 years.
 = 10⁻⁴ years.

∵ 1 year = 365 days.
    = 365 × 24 hours.
    = 365 × 24 × 60 minutes.
    = 525600 minutes.

∴  10⁻⁴ years =  525600 × 10⁻⁴
      = 52.56 minutes.

Now,
∵ 52.56 minutes is equals to the 10⁻⁴ years (or 1 micro century).
∴ 1 minutes is equals to the 1/52.56 micro century.
∴ 100 minutes is equals to the 100/52.56 micro century.
    = 1.902 micro century.

∴ Normal Duration of the I.Sc. Physics Practical Periods in Indian Colleges is 1.902 micro century

Generally peoples sleep 7 hours in a Day.

∴ 7 hrs = 7 × 60 minutes.
   = 420 minutes.

Now,
∵ 1 minutes is equals to the 1/52.56 micro century.

    = 9.87 micro century.
