Hey friend, ☺️ here is your answer ___________________________

Let the number be 8x and 3x.

ATQ,
Sum of these two numbers = 143
8x + 3x = 143

LET THE FIRST NUMBER BE 8x
         THE 2ND NUMBER   BE 3x
AS PER THE QUESTION THE EQN WILL BE
8x +3x=143
11x=143
x=33

now substitute the x value

The numbers are 8x = 104 and 3x = 39
