Perimeter of a rhombus = 100 cm.

Each side of the rhombus = 100/4 = 25 cm.

One diagonal = 40 cm.

Half the length of one diagonal = 40/2 = 20 cm.

Half of the other diagonal = (25^2 -20^2)^0.5 = 15 cm

Full length of the other diagonal - 2*15 = 30 cm. Answer.
