According to the question,

Perimeter of circle = Perimeter of square

∴ 2πr = 4(side)

∴ πr = 2(side)

Squaring both side we get,

π×πr² = 4(side)²

We know that, Area of circle = πr²

& Area of square = (side)²

∴π×(Area of circle) = 4(Area of square)

∴  \frac{area \: of \: circle}{area \: of \: square}  =  \frac{4}{\pi}
