Let smaller be x
so greater = x + 10
perimeter of parallogram = 2(l + b ) = 140 (given)
so
$2(x + x + 10) = 140 \\ 2(2x + 10) = 140 \\ 2x + 10 = 140 \div 2 \\ 2x + 10 = 70 \\ 2x = 70 - 10 \\ 2x = 60 \\ x = 60 \div 2 \\ x = 30 \\ now \: x + 10 = 30 + 10 = 40$
Smaller is 30 and greater is 40

2x + 10 = 140cm
2x=140-10
2x=130
x=130/2
