2(l + w) = 13
2(l + 8/3) = 13
2l + 16/3 = 13
2l = 13-16/3
2l = 39-16/3
2l = 23/3
L = 23/3*2
L = 23/6
L = 3.833cm

 \huge \bold \color{green}{ \underline{ \underline \red{ required \: answer \sf : -  }}}

 \bold{perimeter \:of \: rectangle = 13cm}  \\  \bold{breadth \:  = 2  \frac{2}{3} cm =  \frac{8}{3}cm}  \:  \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\ \bold{length = l} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

we know that...

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

 \implies \: 2(l + b) = 13

according to question

2(l +  \frac{8}{3} ) = 13 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  \\  \implies \: l +  \frac{8}{3}  =  \frac{13}{2} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \\  \\  \implies \: l =  \frac{13}{2}  -  \frac{8}{3}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \\  \\  \implies \: l =  \frac{(13 \times 3) - (8 \times 2)}{6}  \\  \\  \implies \: l =  \frac{39 - 16}{6}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  \\  \implies \: l =  \frac{23}{6}   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  \\  \implies \: l = 3 \frac{5}{6} cm \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\  \\  \bold{hence, \: length \: of \: rectangle \: is \: 3 \frac{5}{6}cm }
