periemeter  =>   \frac{183}{4}  = (l + b)^{2}

 =  >  \frac{75}{4}

(l + b) =  \frac{75}{4}

b = x  \:  \:  \: l = 2x

2(x + 2x) =  \frac{75}{4}

2(3x) =  \frac{75}{4}

6x =  \frac{75}{4}

x =  \frac{75}{4} \times  \frac{1}{6}

x =  \frac{75}{4} \:  \:

x =  \frac{25}{8}

l =  \frac{25}{8}

l =  \frac{25}{8}  \times 2

l =  \frac{25}{4}

Area=

l \times b

 \frac{25}{8} \times  \frac{25}{4}

 \frac{625}{32}
