Let the length be a
Width = (a/3) + 2
Perimeter = 52
2(a+a/3 + 2) = 52
=> (3a +a)/3 + 2 = 26
=> 4a/3 = 24
=> 4a = 72
=> a = 18
Length = 18 cm
Width = 8 cm
