Answer:

Let the length and breadth in the ratio be '3x' and '5x' respectively. Perimeter of the rectangular field is 480 m. Therefore, the dimensions of the rectangular field are 90 × 150 m².

Answer:

The dimensions of the garden are 90 and 150.

Step-by-step explanation:

So first we know the formula of permiter of a rectangle is P=2l+2w

so let us use it

P=2l+2w

P=2(3)+2(5)

P=6 + 10

P=16

so we get 16 and our ration is 6:10

now lets divide 480 to 16 which is equal to 30

so to get the length and width lets multipy 30 by 6 and multiply 30 by 10

30x6 = 180

30x10= 300

and now we must divide both side by 2 cause according to the formula of how to get perimeter of rectangle which is P=2l+2w so we multiply earlier and now we must divide it

180 ÷ 2 = 90

300 ÷ 2 = 150

so our dimension is 90 and 150.
