It's non parallel sides are of 10 cm each. It means sum of parallel sides is 32cm.
Area = 1/2 × h × ( Sum of parallel sides )
= 1/2 × 8 × 32
= 128cm ^ 2

area of tapezium
 = 1 \div 2 \times sum \: of \: parralel \: sides \times height
sum \: of \: prallel \: sides  = perieter - sumof \: non \: parallel \: sides
