Now,

x + z = 2y

So, x + z = 30*2 = 60

Now, comparing (3) and (2.1)

x + z = 60

So, 2x = 76

So, x = longest side = 38cm

Now, eq. (2)

z + 16 = x = 38

So, z = 38 - 16

So, z = shortest side = 22cm
