Hi friend,
Let Smaller side = x
First Side = x + 4
Third side = 2x - 6
According to question,
x + (x + 4) + (2x - 6) = 50
=> 4x - 2 = 50
=> 4x = 52
=> x = 13.
Hence,
Smaller side = 13cm
First Side = 17cm
Third side = 20cm
Now, Semi-Perimeter, s = (13 + 17 + 20)/3 25 cm
Area = root over [25(25-13)(25-17)(25-20)] (By Heron's formula)
=> Area = 5 x 2 x 2√30
= 20√30 cm^2
Hope it helps!
