let the sides in x
we get
3x:7x:4x
therefore adding them we get
14x
putting in formula of triangle of perimeter
P of ∆=side1+side2+side3
60=14x
x=60/14
=5
putting x=5 in ratio
3x=3×5=15
7x=7×5=35
4x=4×5=20
therefore smallest side is 15cm
A of ∆= 1/2×b×h
=1/2×20×15
=150
area of triangle is 150cm

Answer

Step-by-step explanation: let the sides in x

we get

3x:7x:4x

therefore adding them we get

14x

putting in formula of triangle of perimeter

P of ∆=side1+side2+side3

60=14x

x=60/14

=5

putting x=5 in ratio

3x=3×5=15

7x=7×5=35

4x=4×5=20

therefore smallest side is 15cm

A of ∆= 1/2×b×h

=1/2×20×15

=150

area of triangle is 150 cm
