Heya buddy,
here is your answer,

according to the question,
perimeter of one face of cube = 20cm
as we know every face of a cube is a square and the perimeter of a square is 4a where a stands for the side.
So, 4a = 20cm
=> a = 20/4
= 5cm

so we got the edge of the cube ie. 5cm

so as we know volume of cube
= a³
= 5³
= 125cm³

Hence the volume of the cube is 125cm³.

Hope this help
if any further doubt ask me frankly, i m always ready to help

thank you

The volume of the cube is 125cm^{3}.

Cube

Definition:

A cube is a solid three-dimensional object with six square faces, facets, or sides, three of which meet at each vertex.

Formula:

Perimeter of one face of cube is 4a.

Volume of cube is a^{3}.

Where 'a' is the edge of cube.

Explanation:

Let 'a' be the edge of the cube.

Perimeter of one face $4 \mathrm{a}=20 \mathrm{~cm}$$$

\Rightarrow \mathrm{a}=\frac{20}{4}=5 \mathrm{~cm}$$

Volume of the cube $=\mathrm{a}^{3}$

$$(5)^{3}=125 \mathrm{~cm}^{3}$$

Therefore, the volume of the cube comes out to be 125cm^{3}.
