perimeter of rectangle = 40m
formula= 2(l+b)
l= 4-5b
b=b
=2(4-5b + b)
=2(4-4b)
=8-8b= 40m
=8b = 40-8
=8b. = 32
=b. =32/8
b= 4

now,
l=5 x 4= 20-4 =16
b= 4
area = lb
= 16x4
=64

breadth =x
lenght= 5x-4
perimeter = 2(l+b)
=2(5x-4+x)
=2(6x-4)
=12x-8=40
12x=48
x=48/12
=4

breadth =4 m
length= 16

area =l×b
=4×16=64m^2

please mark it as brainlist if you like.
don't forget to thank me also
