Studying the Pie charts of both Families A and B, We can notice that :

$\clubsuit$  Family A is Segregating Polythene Bags from Kitchen Waste.

$\clubsuit$  Family B is not Segregating Polythene Bags from Kitchen Waste.

Family A is More Environmentally Conscious. Because, Family A knows the Fact that Polythene Bags are Not Biodegradable and Kitchen waste is Biodegradable. As they are Environmentally Conscious they separated Kitchen waste from Polythene Bags. So, that Kitchen waste can be used for making Compost and Polythene Bags are disposed separately.

Family B does not think about the Environment in the way Family A does. So, Family B is less Environmentally Conscious than Family A.
