SOLUTION:-

Radius of base of a cylinder \tt{ = 20cm}

Height of the cylindrical pillar  \tt{ = 10m = 1000cm}

So,

Volume of each cylinder  \tt{ = \pi {r}^{2} h}

 \tt{= \frac{22}{7}  \times 20 \times 20 \times  1000{cm}^{3}}

 \tt{  = \frac{8800000}{7}  {cm}^{ 3} }

 \tt{ =  \frac{8.8}{7}  {m}^{3} (Since \: 1000000 {cm}^{3} =   1 {m}^{3}) }

Therefore, Volume of 14 pillars = Volume of each cylinder × 14

 \tt{ =  \frac{8.8}{7}  \times 14 {m}^{3} }

 \tt \red{ = 17.6 {m}^{3} }

 \tt \pink{So, \: 14 \: pillars \: would \: need \: 17.6 {m}^{3} of \: concrete \: mixture.}
