pH = pKa = 4.5

pH = pKa + log [ A - ] / [ HA ]

If an acid is ionized 50 %.

[ HA ] = [ A ^ - ]

pH = 4.5 + 0 = 4.5

As we know that,

pH + pOH = 14

pOH = 14 - 4.5 = 9.5
