the poet will now suffer from cavities and decayed teeth which had only happened because of preferring too much of sherbet dabs and the eatables containing so  much of sugar .he would now have to visit a dentist who will start his painful treatment . so the poet would now face either the painful treatment and if not then he would suffer from pain of decayed teeth for the whole of his life.
