Step-by-step explanation:

as (x,y) is equidistant from (4,3) and (-5,6)

 \sqrt{ {(x - 4)}^{2}  +  {(y - 3)}^{2} }  =  \sqrt{ {(x + 5)}^{2}  +  {(y - 6)}^{2} }

squaring both sides, we get

(

 {(x - 4)}^{2}  +  {(y - 3)}^{2}  =  {(x  + 5)}^{2}  +  {(y - 6)}^{2}

x^2+16-8x+y^2+9-6y=x^2+25+10x+y^2+36-12y

16-8x+9-6y=25+10x+36-12y

25-8x-6y-25-10x-36+12y=0

-18x+6y-36=0

3x-y+6=0
