The population of tigers increases 4 percent per year. In 2000 the population was 15000. What was the population 30 years back i.e in year 1970?

If the total population of the tiger in the year of 2000 was 15000.and it is given that the population increase by 4% each year so finding 4% of 15000
15000 /100 * 4 = 600
So the No of tigers according to this percentage increased fro 1800 to the value of 15000 in 30 years i.e from the year 1970 t0 the year 2000
