THE PRESIDENT IS INDIRECTLY ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE WHILE THE PRIME MINISTER IS DIRECTLY ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE. SINCE THE PRESIDENT IS NOT DIRECTLY ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE HE DOES NOT SIT IN THE PARLIAMENT. BY ALL BILLS WHICH CAN BE MONEY BILL OR AN ORDINARY BILL ONLY BECOMES A LAW AFTER IT HAS BEEN SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT. THE PRESIDENT HAS NO FINAL SAY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE BILLS BUT HE CAN GIVE HIS RECOMMENDATIONS, BUT FINALLY HE HAS TO SIGN THE BILL WHETHER HE LIKES IT OR DISLIKES IT. THE PRESIDENT IS IS THE HEAD OF THE STATE BUT NOT OF THE GOVERNMENT.
