The product of two numbers is 5, 103.If their LCM is 567, find their HCF.​

First start by looking at the multiples of 567 its 9*9*7

So we know that our least number that is a candidate for one of the numbers is 63. (it must be divisible by 9 and 7 as there in the LCM and HCF so one must also be divisible by 7.)

The next thing to note is that 9*1 and 9*3 or 27 are way too far from 63 so if there is an answer it must be 9*9 as its the only other possible number this LCM can make. (other than 567 but its not an option cause its divisible by 7)

There is obviously a more complicated method to solve any such equation but its clearly way too much work in this case.
