hey buddy !! here's your answer...

➡️heat treatment kills the microorganisms like bacteria ,etc. as they can't withstand high temperature.
➡️high temperature denatures proteins present in organisms... since proteins are major component of many substances like enzymes, hence they are not able to carry life processes and die
