Given the height or depth of the container (h)= 63cm

Radius of the upper end =r_{1}

Radius of the lower end =r_{2}

The shape of the bucket is frustum.

Volume of the frustum = \frac{1}{3} \pi * (r_{2}*r_{1} *r_{1} r_{2} )*h

volume of dustbin = \frac{1}{3} * \frac{22}{7}*(15^{2}+15*8+8^{2} )*63

                              = \frac{1}{3} * \frac{22}{7}*(225+120+64 )*63

                              =\frac{1}{3}*\frac{22}{7}  * 409*63

                              =26994cm^{3}

therefore the volume of dustbin is 26994cm^{3}
