Answer:

let the height of the cylinder be h and the radii be 4x and 5x  respectively

volume of cylinder = \pi r^{2}h\\

ratio of volume 1 and volume 2=\frac{\pi * 4^{2} *h}{\pi * 5^{2}* h  }

here pi and h are cancelled

ratio of volumes=\frac{16}{25}

                          =16:25
