We know that, charges are usually spread evenly over a metallic surface. So, for a conducting spherical shell (which has a certain amount of charge on it), it will in turn dispense the charge over the spherical surface. This will symmetrically deploy a radial force from all directions on the charge which is situated right at the center.

Thus, the net force experienced by the charge at the center will be 0 (zero).
