persent age of p is 3x

persent age of q is 4x

4x=20

x=20/4

x=5

hence persent age of p is 5×3=15years

and persent age of q is 20 years

age of p and q after 5 years are 20years and 25years respectively

hence ratio =20/25

=4/5

=4:5
