hey ...... here is your answer ^_^________^_^

In 1st case(-4,7) ,
2x+5y-7=0
=>2(-4)+5(7)-7=0
=>-8+35-7=0
=>20..........(i)

In 2nd case(6,-5) ,
2x+5y-7=0
=>2(6)+5(-5)-7=0
=>12-25-7=0
=>-20.............(¡¡)

by dividing (¡) from (¡¡):

=-20/20
=1/1
RATIO=1:1
