let the first number be 2x
and second number be 3x
according to the question
2x*3x =600
6x^2=600
x^2=600/6
x^2=100
x=10
hence, 2x=2*10=20 and 3x=3*10=30

<b>Answer :-

Let the two numbers be 2x and 3x

A/q,

2x × 3x = 600

6x² = 600

x² = \frac{600}{6}

x² = 100

x = \sqrt{±100}

x = ±10

\therefore{} 1st number = 2x = 2 × 10 = ±20

\therefore{} 2nd number = 3x = 3 × 10 = ±30

[Note :- ± This sign means, the number may be negative or positive.]
