Let the no. of female workers be x
Given no. of male workers = 104

Male workers:Female workers = 8:5

 => 104:x = 8:5
 => x = 104 * 8/5 (104 multiplied with 8/5)
      x = 832/5
      x = 166.4

Therefore, there are approximately 166 women workers in the factory.
