》 3 ( 2x + 2 ) = 1 ( 7x + 2 )

》 6x + 6 = 7x + 2

》 6x - 7x = 2 - 6

》 -x = - 4

》 x = 4



So, the present age of komal = 2x
= 2 × 4
= 8 years Ans.
