Let 'y' be the ratio of proportionality
Area of rhombus = Diagonal1× Diagonal2
Area of the given rhombus = 2y × 5y
= 10y^2

Square of the shorter diaginal = 4y^2
ratio = (10y^2):(4y^2)
ratio = 5:2
