slope of position-time graph at time t shows velocity of particle at that time. and we know slope of any curve at any point is equals to tangent of positive direction of angle made by line passing through the point .
e.g.,slope = tan\theta

now come to the point,
the ratio of velocity of A and B is 1 :3

e.g., velocity of A/velocity of B = 1/3

so, slope of graph A/slope of graph B = 1/3

tanA/tanB = 1/3

given, A = 30°

so, tan30°/tanB = 1/3

=> 3tan30° = tanB

=> 3 × 1/√3 = tanB

=> tanB = √3 = tan60°

B = 60°

hence, the position- time graph of object B is inclined to time axis at 60°
