If we look at it logically, We know that a hydrogen atom has only one electron and hence, it only has one electron in its inner most electron orbit (first orbit).

Hence, the ratio will be only hypothetical to calculate but will never ever actually exist for the hydrogen atom.

Even if the hydrogen atom somehow even for a millisecond accepts an electron, it will still in the first orbit along with the one and only electron, with the opposite spin of the first electron.
