Two solution have different density so inside the cell they are stored one over the other.
Hence resistance offered by them is parallel.
R1=50 ohms
R2=100 ohms
Rp=?
1/Rp=1/R1+1/R2
=1/50 +1/100
=2+1/100
=3/100
Rp=100/3=33.3 ohms
Hence effective resistance offered by solution is 33.3 ohms.
