The resistance of a wire varies directly with the length and inversely as the square of the diameter.if a wire of length 20 m and diameter 0.3 cm has a resistance of 2 ohms,then what is the resistance of 30 m wire with a diameter of 0.6 cm??(PLZ CAN I GET THE ANSWER OF THIS QUESTION FAST),Thank you.

actually concept of resistance is
R=rl/A
where r is resistivity l is length of conductor an A is cross section area of conductor

we also writte above formula
R=rl/(pi.d^2/4)
now ,
R/R'=l.d'^2/l'.d^2
2ohm/R'=20m.(0.006)^2/30. (0.003)^2
=(2/3) 4=8/3
R'=3/4 ohm

Ans 0.75ohm R=kl/a
On calculating we get R=o.75
