The school of a boy from his home is 10 km to the east . When he reaches back home , he says that he had travelled 2 km distance but his displacement is zero. Justify your answer

it is because in displacement when a body is moving from point a to point B again from b to a so if the boy travel 10 kilometre from it home to school and back that and it is justify the answer that the displacement is zero
