Second Postulate of Relativity :
(Invariance of c)
=>
As measured in any inertial frame in reference,
light is always propagated in empty space with a definite velocity c(299,798,452m/s) that is independent of state motion of emitting body.

Heya.......!!!!!

Einstein made two postulates that are starting points of the theory ( Theory of relativity ) .
The special theory of relativity is based on 2 postulates made by Einstein in 1905 .
1st postulate :- Principle of Relativity .
( 2nd ) Postulate :-
♦ The Principle of the Constant speed of Light ♦
=> The speed of Light in Free space is same in all inertial frames . The speed of Light does not depends on the motion of Source / Observer .
