And the area is 1728
4y x 3y = 1728
As per the formula of area of a rectangle(l x b)
12y= 1728
y = 1728÷12
y=144. ∆length= 4x144=576. ∆ breadth=3 x 144=432
Now ,
Perimeter of a rectangle= 2(l+b)
= 2(576+432)=2016m
Cost of fencing= 40 x 2016=₹ 84672
________
And the area is 1728
