Heya ☺

Given that

Area of a rectangle = 3,630m^2

Sides = 6:5

Perimeter = ?

Solution

Let the sides of a rectangle be 6x and 5x. Then,

Area of a rectangle = length × breadth

=> 3,630 = 6x × 5x

=> 3,630 = 30x^2

=> 3,630/30 = x^2

=> 121 = x^2

=> x = √121

=> x = 11

Hence , length = 6 × 11 = 66m

and breadth = 5 × 11 = 55m.

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l + b)

= 2(66 + 55)

= 2(121)

= 242m

Thanks

Here is your solution

Given:-

The sides of a rectangle are in the ratio of 6: 5
area of rectangle is 3630

Let
Lenghth = 6x
Breadth =5x

we know that

Area of rectangle = length ×breadth
=>1360 = 6x × 5x
=>1360 = 30x^2
=>1360/30=x^2
=>121=x^2
=>+-11=x

Now

Length = 6x=6×11=66m
Breadth =5x=5×11=55m

Perimeter of rectangle =2 (l+b)
=>2 (66+55)
=>2 (121)
=>242m

hope it helps you
