Let the sides be 4x and 3x.
Now
Area of rect. =L*B=4x*3x=12x^2
But
Area of rect. =1728m^2
Therefore,
12x^2=1728
X^2=1728/12=144
Therefore,
X^2=144
X=12
Now sides are 4*12=48m & 3*12=36.
Now perameter= 2(l+b)=2(48+36)=2(84)=168m.
Now cost of fencing 1m= ₹2.50
Therefore, cost of fencing 168m = ₹2.50*168 = ₹420. (Ans.)
